Sick..

Sick again.. Don't know why every month also will sick. Always same, flu, cough and sore throat.. Already wasted few box of tissue and few roll of toilet paper.. now the dustbin full of 'wantan'.. God.. please help me oooo.... I don't want every month also need to face the sick..
